Ofir Baharav, CEO

Formerly Senior Vice-President (SVP) for Credence ($450M NASDAQ CMOS) where he led all of Credence's business units. Prior to being the SVP of Products, Ofir served as the VP of the Diagnostics & Characterization Group (DCG). In this role he helped transition DCG from a zero revenue start up to the market leading IC diagnostics company. Ofir continued to lead DCG after it was acquired by Credence maintaining growth and profitability. Prior to Credence, Ofir founded and led RelayHealth, a medical informatics company later sold to McKesson. Earlier, Ofir was involved in the founding and strategy of a few other high-tech start-ups ranging from enterprise SW to digital print. Ofir Holds an MBA from the University of Warwick UK.


Hanan Gothait, CTO and President

Prior to Xjet, Hanan founded Objet, which develops and sells innovative 3D ink-jet printers. Objet is the fastest growing company in its segment, leading the Rapid Protoyping market with revenues in the range of $100M. Prior to Objet, Hanan was the founder of Idanit and the inventor of the TurboJet printer – offering unmatched printing quality and high throughput while maintaining a small footprint. Idanit was sold to Scitex and then was sold to HP for $230m. Many hundreds of these printers were sold, generating revenues of about $1B. Earlier Hanan served as Mechanical Team Manager for Imaging products in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) division of Orbotech. Hanan developed an innovative, high throughput laser plotter for photo tools (film). This product sold in the thousands generating revenues of hundreds of millions of $. Hanan holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Bridgeport, CT USA.


Nir Ackerman, CFO

Prior to joining Xjet, Nir was the CFO and COO of Dune Networks a fabless semi-conductor company, provider of networking devices for Internet and Storage communication platforms. The company was sold to Broadcom for $205M. Before Dune, Nir served for 10 years as the CFO of Expand Networks, a company with 160 employees in the field of WAN Optimization technology with subsidiaries in the US, Europe and Asia, distribution channels in over 50 countries and more than 1,500 customers. Before Expand, Nir was the CFO of Aryt Industries (NASDAQ: ARYTF) a public company active, through its subsidiaries, in Cable Telephony, communication appliances and military products. Nir is a B.A graduate of Economics and Political science from Tel Aviv University and a B.A graduate of Accounting from the Tel Aviv College of Management.
